Whilst we make every endeavour to maintain the accuracy of the register by
constantly updating the database, we do rely upon owners of building plots
to report land sales to us. It may occur therefore, building land listed for
sale may have been already sold without our knowledge. In order to keep an
up to date and precise record we ask all building land owners to inform us
immediately their land has been sold and when new building projects commence.
